Play Your Disposition, and Your Army at Its Best
Every game starts with the disposition you've picked. We'll teach you how to build a game plan, work around your opponent, and pilot your own army to the best of its ability within that framework. You'll learn to spot what your list does well, where it scores, and how to make the right decisions for the mission in front of you, not just the army across the table.
Master Terrain and Deployment
Half the game is decided before the first dice roll. We'll walk you through every terrain and deployment layout you'll face at the LGT, plus the intricacies of the terrain rules, so you can form a clear game plan the moment you see the table: knowing where to push, where to hold, and how the board shapes your scoring.
Learn with Your Own Army
You'll be using your own 2,000-point Warhammer 40k army throughout the workshop for every drill and practice game. This ensures you:
