Cult of Paint are pleased to be working with the LGT to bring TWO classes to the LGT this year. Slayer Sword winner Andy Wardle and Henry Steele will be bringing you their 'Army Painting: Vehicles' while Marc Masclans will be leading a workshop on larger scale figures, using the amazing Ufgar bust from Hera Models.
The Vehicles course in an intensive 2-day workshop over which, a variety of topics will be covered ranging from: airbrush maintenance, preshading and colour application through to using your airbrush, how to use decals, creating battle damage and weathering using a variety of mediums, and many other techniques. It is an intensive course that will result in not only a well painted tank, but also a great reference piece for future projects.
Marc Masclans' course uses the Ufgar bust from Hera Models to push painters beyond their comfort zone and develop new skills
Cult of Paint is brought to you by Andy Wardle and Henry Steele. Andy paints both display and gaming models and has won awards from "best army" to the coveted Slayer Sword. He was recently awarded a gold medal at Monte San Savino. He enjoys teaching both styles of painting, bringing in aspects of each to compliment the subject matter.
Henry has taught nearly 200 students since 2016 and particularly enjoys helping people build confidence in their abilities and develop their skill set. The only problem with this is the constant inspiration for new army ideas he gets at the end of each course!
The days will run approximately 10:00-19:00 on the first day and 09:30 -16:00 on the second day.
